
The skeleton of a young man who died at the age of thirty, who was suffering from an advanced case of rheumatism in the spine, in addition to severe tooth wear; it is believed that he was using his teeth in the manufacture of leather, which was used as clothing at that time. This skeleton was found in Harana - located in the eastern Jordanian Badia, about 55 to 60 km east of the capital Amman, and on the road to Azraq - and is dated to the period between 15,000-16,000 BC according to radiocarbon estimates.
