This laboratory is a core facility for undergraduate and graduate students specializing in Physical (Biological) Anthropology. It provides specialized training in identifying and analyzing human skeletal remains.

  • Human Osteology: Large collections of human bones for forensic and bio-archaeological study.
  • Zooarchaeology Unit: A dedicated unit for animal skeletal remains to facilitate comparative anatomical studies.
  • Evolutionary Models: Detailed models of human evolution and specialized tools for osteometric analysis.
  • Excavation Database: A comprehensive database of archaeological excavations, available for researchers and faculty members.
