This laboratory teaches undergraduate and graduate students specializing in physical (Biological) anthropology, enabling students to identify human skeletal remains. Additionally, there is another unit concerned with animal skeletal remains, which aims to conduct comparative studies. It includes large collections of human bones, models of human evolution, and tools and materials for measurement and analysis. The laboratory also maintains a database of excavations carried out in cooperation with various entities, and makes it available to faculty members, students, and researchers.
